Five stars are simply not enough for Jason! If I could add an endless string of pluses to a 5/5 rating, I absolutely would. Jason recently set up the networking equipment in our new home, and the entire experience was outstanding. He is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and attentive to every detail. What truly sets Jason apart is his dedication to customer care. He made it clear that his initial visit was just the beginning of our professional relationship. He goes completely out of his way to ensure you feel supported, offering to return at a moment’s notice to adjust and fine-tune the system for perfect results. Beyond networking, he generously offered his expertise to help us with our computers, audio setups, and television systems if we ever need it. To top it all off, his pricing is more than fair. If you want seamless tech solutions and a professional who truly cares, hire Jason!

These guys are awesome. In simple terms they understood the assignment! Without hesitation did the work in a highly organized manner with a ton of knowledge to back it up and were thorough and neat about the work accomplished, no cutting corners. I can't say enough wonderful things. I had other companies come in and just to quote took over an hour and then gave pricing that was criminal and those were the signs that showed me, Jason of ITHelp the owner takes pride, his company culture is a departure from the rest. He loves what he does and is extremely trusting and trustworthy.

Owner's reply

I'm fairly technical but Jason with Tech Help came to my home and networked all of my TV's, cell phones and integrated it through my cameras. He also set a mobile app to monitor my home a/c, lighting and alarm. Set my home with an intermittent timer because I travel so the lights aren't on and off at same time hence making it seem as if I'm home, and tied it all into my alarm system. Wow! He did the total Home integration at what I considered a great price. I highly recommend Tech Help to anyone. He came to my home and provided a free evaluation and introduced options I had no idea were available. I'd rate Jason with Tech Help as 5 stars from beginning to the end.

Owner's reply
Thank you, Tom! We're thrilled to hear Jason exceeded your expectations with his expertise and dedication. Your detailed feedback highlights his hard work, and we’re glad you found the integration so valuable. We truly appreciate your recommendation!
