3. Quotes, Bookings & Scheduling

- Appointments are booked through our website, phone, or email and confirmed by our team.
- Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may incur a trip-charge fee.

4. Payment Terms
We accept credit and debit cards, ACH, and Square in-person tap-to-pay. Online shop orders are processed securely through Stripe. For installation projects:
- A deposit may be required for jobs exceeding a defined threshold or requiring custom equipment.
- Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Past-due invoices may accrue interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum permitted by Florida law.
5. Online Shop, Shipping & Returns
Products listed in our shop are sold as curated bundles or stand-alone items. By placing an order:

To make a warranty claim, contact us within the warranty period and we will respond within two business days.
7. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide safe, accessible work areas and any necessary HOA or building approvals.
- Disclose any structural, electrical, or network conditions that could affect installation.
- Be present (or designate an authorized adult) for the duration of the appointment.
- Keep pets and children away from active work areas for safety.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, I.T. Help of SWFL’s total liability for any claim arising out of services or products is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost data, lost revenue, or loss of use.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service from third-party providers (ISPs, streaming services, cloud platforms) or compatibility with future firmware updates outside our control.
