Smart home installation in Miami
Lighting, audio, shades, cameras and climate that work from one app, built on a network strong enough to carry all of it, installed in scheduled project blocks.
Based in Naples, FL. Miami-Dade projects by scheduled appointment; no Miami office.
The service
What this includes
A smart home project starts with the network, then adds the systems you will actually use every day: Lutron lighting and shade control, Sonos multiroom audio, UniFi Protect cameras and video doorbells, and a clean handover where every family member's phone is set up before we leave.
Fit
Who it is for, and what we do not do
- Waterfront and high-rise homes with large glass walls where Wi-Fi and lighting need planning
- Seasonal owners who want to see and control the home from out of state
- Renovations where wiring can be planned before drywall closes
- New electrical circuits and panel work go to a licensed electrician we coordinate with
- We do not create a Miami showroom; demos happen in your home or over video
- Monitoring subscriptions are billed by the manufacturer, not by us
Equipment
Brands we install and support

- Sonos (Arc Ultra, Beam, Era, Sonance architectural speakers)

How it works
How we serve Miami
- Miami-Dade work is scheduled in advance and reserved for projects and larger installations rather than same-day small jobs.
- Our technicians travel from Naples (about two hours across Alligator Alley). Travel is included in your written quote, never added afterwards.
- We hold no Miami office or storefront. Design and quoting start with a video walkthrough or site visit; installation days are booked as a block so the job is finished in one trip wherever possible.
- Condo and HOA rules (insurance certificates, elevator reservations, work hours) are handled in the scope before installation day.
Where
Miami-Dade areas we take projects in
Coral Gables
Luxury home networking, UniFi Wi-Fi, Sonos, home theaters and professional office IT.

Miami Beach
Waterfront smart homes, high-end home theaters, multiroom audio and marine Wi-Fi.
Doral

Other Miami-Dade neighborhoods are quoted the same way; these four are where our project mix fits best.
Questions
Miami FAQs
Can a technician install Sonos speakers in a Brickell condo?+
Yes. Sonos installs in condos are common: soundbar and subwoofer for the living room, Era speakers in bedrooms and the terrace, all on a network we verify first. Architectural in-ceiling speakers depend on building rules for ceiling access.
What technology is recommended for waterfront homes in Miami Beach?+
A wired UniFi network with outdoor-rated access points for the pool deck and dock, salt-air-rated cameras, Lutron shades for west-facing glass, and battery backup for the network so cameras stay up during outages.
Do you sell the equipment or do I buy it myself?+
Either. Our shop lists the exact models we install with equipment, labor and tax itemized, and everything is in stock at the price shown. If you already own equipment, we quote installation only.
How long does a Miami smart home project take?+
Most projects are one or two installation days booked as a block, after a video walkthrough and written scope. Larger estates are phased, network first.
