Shipping policy

UniFi products are not eligible for free shipping or free local delivery. A flat $49.00 USD shipping / delivery charge applies once per order containing any UniFi product, regardless of quantity or order value. This also applies to packages containing UniFi equipment and mixed orders containing UniFi and other brands. Adding installation does not waive this charge.

Orders without UniFi products continue to qualify for free local delivery within our supported Southwest Florida ZIP codes. Free local delivery is not a nationwide free-shipping offer. Applicable shipping / delivery charges appear in your order total before payment and are paid at checkout.

Online checkout is available for supported Southwest Florida ZIP codes. Enter your delivery ZIP in the cart to check eligibility. Destinations outside this area require a custom quote confirming availability, shipping charges and delivery arrangements before payment. An out-of-area estimate is not a confirmed shipping offer.

The $49 UniFi rate applies to orders eligible for online checkout. Out-of-area shipping, including any international destination, is not automatically available and must be confirmed in writing.

Processing and delivery depend on the items ordered, confirmed stock, destination and any agreed installation arrangements. Any order-specific processing or delivery estimate will be provided with your quote or order communications. Unless we expressly confirm a guaranteed date in writing, delivery dates are estimates. Carrier transit time is separate from order processing.

If we cannot ship within the promised period, or within 30 days when no shipping period was stated, we will notify you of a revised shipment date and offer the choice to accept the delay or cancel for a full, prompt refund of the unshipped portion, related tax and applicable shipping charges, as described in our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy.

We will contact you to arrange local delivery. For an approved carrier shipment, contact us with your order number for shipment status and tracking information when available. Paying for equipment or shipping does not confirm an installation appointment. Installation labor and any separately quoted travel or special-access work are separate from shipping / delivery charges.

Check your delivery address, ZIP code and contact details before placing an order. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed; changes may not be possible once an order is dispatched. Any additional redelivery or address-change charge must be disclosed and approved before it is charged.

If an order is delayed, missing or marked delivered but cannot be located, contact us with your order number so we can investigate and coordinate an appropriate resolution.

Inspect equipment promptly. Report visible shipping damage or an incorrect item as soon as practical, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, and retain the packaging and photos when possible. This requested reporting period does not limit warranty coverage or legal rights. We handle confirmed shipping damage and our fulfillment errors at our cost, in accordance with our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy.

Our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy governs cancellations and returns. Shipping or delivery charges not incurred are refundable for eligible pre-dispatch cancellations. Original charges for completed delivery are not refundable for change-of-mind returns, and the customer pays return shipping. We cover reasonable return shipping for confirmed defects on arrival, shipping damage or our fulfillment errors. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
